The Mouraria Innovation Centre/Mouraria Creative Hub was the first business incubator in Lisbon that provides support to cultural and creative industry projects and business ideas, particularly in the areas of Design, Media, Fashion, Music, Ceramic Tiling and Jewellery, amongst others.

We offer fully equipped employment positions, a wide network of mentors, bespoke training and consulting services, access to financing solutions, and product and service marketing support.

We provide support to new businesses and start-ups in several areas, namely Management, Marketing, Legal Advice, Product and Service Development, and Financing. Besides the work space, CIM offers its residents a set of specialized services, namely: masterclasses and business tools through an intensive 2-week botcamp.

The overall objective is to create a safe place for incubation and development of creativity and originality.

Possibility to regularly access a network of mentors in the sector and tailored consultancy, in free sessions, during the development of each resident project thus transforming conserves in technical knowledge and many opportunities.

We also seek to provide access to partners for funding solutions and support for marketing the products and services through CIM pop-up shops and online dissemination.

All the services presented have a special focus on the valorisation of local creativity and its connection to the ecosystem in order to create a sustainable and differentiating impact in the city of Lisbon and beyond.
