Public transport digitization and integration of ticketing

Mobil.t - mobility and ticketing for multimodal transport in Lisboa - project aims to promote the intermodal ticketing system to enable any traveller to choose and use the best transport mode available, which should be accessible, in an integrated way, to any person traveling throughout the Lisboa Metropolitan Area (AML).
By focusing on promoting the wide adoption of the multimodal and mobile ticketing, the proposed action will implement the evolution of a ticketing technological platform common to all mobility operators in AML and harmonise different systems towards a unique innovative and inclusive ticketing system, particularly through the modernization of available equipment (e.g., validators) and the digitization and integration of ticketing (introducing a smartphone-compatible system).
